1. Booking
Bookings are made through our external booking system (Lodgify).
A booking is only confirmed once:
confirmation is issued
payment conditions are fulfilled
2. Use of the Villa
The villa is provided exclusively for private residential use.
Events or commercial use are not permitted unless agreed in advance
Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms:

No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
5. Check-in / Check-out

guests must respect the property and surroundings
pets are not permitted

Additional services (such as housekeeping, private chef, or concierge) may be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.
