Positioned on the south-western side of the peninsula and elevated approximately 20 meters above sea level, the villa enjoys uninterrupted views, a natural sense of openness, and close access to long sandy beaches shaped by the calm rhythm of the coastline.
Despite its elevated setting above the shoreline, beaches, the marina, restaurants, and leisure facilities remain within easy reach, with the marina promenade located approximately 500 meters from the villa. A private golf cart ensures effortless movement throughout Soma Bay, providing a seamless connection between the villa and its surroundings.
Your booking includes final cleaning for complete ease of arrival and departure. A discreet entrance monitoring system ensures a smooth arrival, while you enjoy full privacy within the villa at all times. To preserve the calm and integrity of the environment, we do not permit pets.
